How do I care for my ceramics?

Unless otherwise stated, all items are dishwasher- and microwave-safe though hand-washing will lengthen the life of ceramic wares. 

When will my purchase get to me? 

We aim to ship every purchase between 1 and 5 business days from the order date. Once we ship your items, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please refer to the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier for the latest updates on your package’s location. 

Can I get a refund?

Please consider your purchases carefully before placing an order as we do not offer returns and refunds unless an item is defective or broken. As a tiny business, the cost of supplies and shipping, and the time that it takes to hand-craft each piece, make returns prohibitive. Thank you for understanding!

What if my purchase arrives broken?

Please contact us with your order email, order number, and pictures of the broken item within one week of receiving the item. We will replace the item as soon as we can.
